Terms & Conditions OF 30 DAYS TRIAL

1. Free Delivery on all types of pillows, cushion, Mattress Protector and comforter.

4. Trial is applicable from the date of delivery.

5. Trial is applicable only on standard size mattresses and not available on custom size mattresses.

6. Trial is not applicable to the accessories.

7. For a full refund after deducting logistics, you may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 30 days.

8. Return and Refund on Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return & Refund.

9. Our Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Sleep Sound Mattresses mattress purchased from www.SleepSoundMattresses.in or any other website or Store authorised by Sleep Sound Mattresses.

10. Research shows that it takes some time for your body to start adjusting to any new mattress to adjust. We ask you to give your Sleep Sound Mattresses  mattress a fair trial for a minimum of 2 weeks.

11. We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.

12. The final decision on refund under Trial offer will be made by Management at Sleep Sound Mattresses.

13. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Terms and Conditions of our Trial Offer.

14. Disputes, if any, are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Exceptions to refund

1. There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.

2. The 30-nights trial does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.

3. This policy is limited to one mattress or one smart base return per household per year.
